The following information was provided by Medent in 2024 and is subject to change.

When a ticket is opened with Medent, the client needs to provide the following:

  • Support ticket- EMR section
  • TIN number
  • ACO (if part of one)
  • Delineate if APP/ACO reporting and NOT MIPS
  • Medent ID number

Copy and paste one of the options below into the ticket:

1. Paid - Fully automated - Fully Automated to Send QRDA I for quality measures and QRDA III files for PI category, directly to Patient360 via SFTP with no manual intervention needed by the practice. This would be a one time charge of $895 with a monthly support fee of $25. This setup including credentials would be maintained by MEDENT.

In order to get started, client/TIN should open ticket with Medent and select “EMR” and write on the ticket: “Requesting Quote for Patient360.”

2. Free - Automated with manual setup - Custom QRDA I could be setup by the practice free of charge. Files would flow similarly from MEDENT to Patient360 as above. The biggest difference here is that the practice is responsible for setup, including credential setup, provider setup and measure setup. If any additional measures should be implemented along the way, the practice would go ahead and implement that. Once setup, the flow of data is generally the same as above. Measures are still updated in the same fashion and still pushed over once updates are made. QRDA III file (if needed for anything) would still need to be manually imported to Patient360.

In order to get started, client/TIN should open ticket with Medent and select “EMR” and write on the ticket: “Ask for Patrick and Jenna to setup custom QRDA Is.”

3. Free - Manual - Manual creation of the QRDA I files is also free of charge. The practice would generate reports as frequently as they wish and manually export from their MEDENT system and import them into the Patient360 portal. QRDA III file (if needed for anything) would still need to be manually imported to Patient360. The files are either drag-and-dropped into Patient360 portal or SFTP Web UI.

In order to get started, client/TIN should open ticket with Medent and select “EMR” and write on the ticket: “Ask for Patrick to setup for Quality Data Report.”
