NextGen QRDA I File Export


How to open a support case with NextGen:

  1. Login to NextGen Success Community 

  2. Create a New Case 

  3. Select HQM as the Category 

  4. Fill in the following 

    1. Subject - QRDA I Assistance

    2. Description - include a brief overview of the type of assistance you need

    3. Topic - HQM Portal Issues/Measures

    4. Priority - 2 - Urgent

    5. Version - This should correspond with your current NextGen EHR Version # 


Note: Support cases can be opened to request the QRDA Program in NextGen HQM and/or for assistance with configuring and exporting QRDA I Files 


How to Generate and Export a QRDA I File 

  1. Login to NextGen HQM 

  2. Click on AdminQRDA CAT I Import & Export 

    1. Note: If you do not have this option under the Admin drop-down, follow the steps above to open a support case with NextGen 

  3. Click on Export

  4. Fill in the following details

    1. Request Name - this is what you want to call your QRDA I File 

    2. Practice 

    3. Provider - these reports must be run at the individual provider level 

    4. Patient Population 

    5. Measure - you have the option of running all configured eCQM measures or one eCQM measure at a time 

    6. Zip Password - create a password to unzip the files once they’ve been downloaded 

  5. Download 

  6. After downloading, unzip the file using the Zip Password you created and then re-zip the file without a password
