Please see the attached eClinicalWorks QRDA User Guide for detailed instructions on how to export QRDA-I files. See pages 7-9 for Activating QRDA-I's and pages 17-21 for Exporting QRDA-I's.
To open a support case with eClinical Works, login to My eClinicalWorks or email support@eclinicalworks.com and ask for the following:
- Turn on the 2025 MIPS Dashboard and configure the following 4 eCQM Quality measures:
- 001 (CMS 122): Diabetes: Glycemic Status Assessment Greater Than 9%
- 112 (eCQM 125): Breast Cancer Screening
- 134 (eCQM 2): Depression Screening and Follow-up
- 236 (eCQM 165): Controlling High Blood Pressure
- Activate QRDA-I's
- Note: As of March 2025, eCW charges $350/provider per year to turn on the QRDA feature. It is best practice to confirm cost with eClinicalWorks directly.
- Export QRDA-I's
Once your QRDA-I files are exported from eCW, you can upload them directly to Patient360!
