Welcome to the 2026 MIPS Performance Year with Patient360! We are excited to support your practice as your dedicated QCDR partner for the year ahead. To finalize your enrollment for the 2026 Performance Year, please complete the steps below:

1. Accessing Your Patient360 Portal 

Your Patient360 portal is the central hub where you will view your estimated MIPS scores that are calculated using data submitted to us from your WebPT EMR and Keet Outcomes systems. For easy access, we recommend bookmarking the Patient360 login page: https://app.patient360.com/users/sign-in


All new user requests should be sent to webpt@patient360.com. Please include the clinic name & TIN, the email address, and first & last name of the new user. 

  • Please look for an email invitation from no-reply@patient360.com with the subject "Invitation instructions". Click the provided URL to begin setting up your user credentials to access Patient360. 


You will see measure scores and counts on your dashboard once your data starts flowing from WebPT/Keet in Patient360, typically during January or early February. Make sure to continue your MIPS-related workflows in WebPT/Keet from January 1 forward so that all relevant data is captured.

2. Your Contract

A copy of your signed contract was emailed to a representative from your clinic via DocuSign.

3. How to Get Help

We know MIPS can be complex. We have several layers of support to ensure you have answers when you need them.


Learning Center: Once logged in to Patient360, look for the Learning Center tab in the menu on the left hand side of your portal. Select Knowledge Base > WebPT for information on a variety of topics specific to your experience as a WebPT member. You may also access the WebPT member-specific content here.  

Support Tickets: If you cannot find the answer in the Learning Center, our team is ready to assist! 

  • Via the Patient360 Portal (Recommended):
  • This is the best way to get prompt, targeted support 
  • It's HIPAA compliant so you can include relevant PHI
  • While logged in to the portal for the 2026 performance year,* in the upper right hand corner click on your username, select Help Desk > Create Support Ticket. Please include specific case examples and screenshots whenever relevant. (*Tip: Make sure you have the 2026 year selected in your Patient360 portal.)
