The attachment provides a reference list of valid codes for the 2026 APP Reporting measures. It allows you to quickly look up a value set OID and see the corresponding codes (CPT®, HCPCS, LOINC, SNOMED, etc.). This eliminates the need to search the Value Set Authority Center (VSAC) or cross-reference eCQM specifications manually.
